Cancellations & Refund Procedure

Meeseva App believes in assisting its customers as far as possible, and thus a liberal cancellation policy has been made. Under this policy,

  • Payment once made can’t be cancelled
  • If payment confirmation is not received, but amount is debited from customer’s account, then refund process gets automatically initiated and amount gets credited back to the account. This can take 7-10 working days.
  • With respects to refunds, if nationals have any issues or queries they may send an e-mail to meesevaappsupport@raminfo.com specifying User-id and reference number of the transaction.
  • Meeseva App verifies the details as well as refund the amount to the respective Credit card / Debit Card/Internet banking account.
  • For payments done by card, refunds will be given via card only but not through cash

In order to request a refund, just contact us with your service details. Please include your User-ID and reference number of the transaction while requesting for refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly to enhance our services towards the customers. Refunds are not being provided for services that are delivered in full.

The aforesaid Cancellation and Refund policies are subjected to change. A customer should check the Cancellation and Refund policies regularly and act accordingly.
