  • How to start using Meeseva App?

    In order to start using Meeseva app, users need to first download and install Meeseva app in

    their android smart phone. Following, which they should registered and start using the app.

  • What are the details I need to provide while registering?

    While registering, you need to provide details such as your first name, last name, mobile umber

    and email-id.

  • How to get mPIN Number?

    To get mPIN initially, you need to enroll by clicking on Register button, and then within a

    couple of minutes mPIN number will be sent to your registered mobile via SMS.

  • How to retrieve my mPIN Number?

    If you forgot your mPIN, you can get a new mPIN, by clicking on Click Here option beside forgot

    option in login page. Then a dialogue box will be displayed requesting your mobile number. Enter

    your registered mobile number and click on Ok button. A success message will be displayed stating

    that your mPIN has sent to the registered mobile number.

  • How to Update MyProfile?

    To update your profile, after logging into the app, select MyProfile and enter the new details

    along with mPIN, which you want to update and click on update personal info.

    Note: Mobile number can’t be updated

  • How can I check my Transaction details?

    You can check your transaction details in Status Icon.

    Yes, user needs to have any one of the below forms along with the application form:

    • Ration Card/Any Other Residence Proof
    • School Bonafide Certificate
    • Secondary School Certificate (Marks Sheet)
    • Notarized Affidavit (Non-Judicial Stamp Paper)
  • How to apply for Aadhaar Card

    • Login with Mobile number and mPIN
    • Click on Services Icon, select Aadhaar Services
    • Click on Aadhaar card printing
    • Enter required fields in Print Aadhaar Card Screen and click on ‘Print’ Button
    • Click on ‘Pay’ Button, payment Charges’ Screen will be opened
    • Verify all the details & click on Confirm Payment Button and confirm the payment
  • How to pay police challan?

    • Login to Meeseva App
    • Click on bills and then on government bills
    • Select Police challan
    • Enter Vehicle Number and click on Get Details Button
    • View and verify the details & close the box and selects the Challan dues you want to pay and click on “Pay Now” button.
    • Pay Now” takes user to payment screen, where you need to confirm the payment either through wallet or Pay U
  • How to pay Act Fibernet (Beam) payment?

    • Login to Meeseva App
    • Click on Recharges / Broadband bills
    • Select Broadband
    • Then click on ACT fibernet
    • Enter mandatory details and click on Proceed button
    • Page redirects to another page with payment options choose the appropriate payment option i.e. either wallet or payU
    • On successful completion of bill payment user gets success message on the screen
  • How to view Wallet transactions?

    • Login to the Meeseva app using valid credentials
    • Click on WalletOne option present in the home screen
    • Page redirects to WalletOne page with Load Money & Transaction sections
    • In order to view the WalletOne transactions, select from date and to date and clicks on submit button
  • How to know Meeseva Application status?

    • Login to Meeseva App with valid credentials
    • Clicks on Info services Icon and select Info services sub category
    • Selects know your Aadhaar Application Status service
    • Enters Application ID and click on submit button
    • Enters Captcha & click on submit button

    The required details and status of the application will be displayed


Apart from the above mentioned bill payments, convenience charges and other payment gateway charges should paid by the customers or users.

Convenience Charge of Rs4+ Service charges will be included on your bill payment.

Other payment gateway charges include:

  • Credit Card: 1.25% + Service Tax
  • Net Banking: Rs 4+ Service Tax
  • Debit Card (Less than Rs2000): 0.75% + Service Tax
  • Debit Card (More than Rs2000): 1% + Service Tax
