  • How to apply for my Birth/Death Certificates?

    Applicants can go through the following steps to apply for Birth/Death Certificates

    Initially, you need to select the type of certificate you wish to apply for (birth or death certificate) and then click on search button.

    • Enter the details such as state, district, location, office name gender and year.
    • After entering the appropriate details, click on Get Details.
    • After verifying the details, you can click on Confirm.
    • Then it will be redirected to another page consisting of application number and show payment option.
    • Click on the Show Payment option to view the payment details and Confirm the payment.

    For Birth or Death Certificates, an amount of rupees 10 will be charged.  Following the successful transaction, Birth or Death Certificates will be saved directly into MeeSevaPDF folder present in your mobile in the form of softcopy. If required, on your request we can also send you as many as hardcopies of the report via courier, and each copy costs 10 rupees and apart from other courier charges.

  • How to apply for Adangal/Pahani and how much it will be charged?

    In order to apply for Adangal/Pahani, after logging into the app follow the below steps:

    • Click on Services and below that choose category A.
    • Click on current Adangal/Pahani.
    • Select the appropriate details like district, Mandal, village, Falsi year and so on.
    • Then click on Get Details.
    • After verifying the details, you should click on Confirm.
    • Then it will be redirected to another page consisting of application number and Show Payment option.
    • Click on the show payment option to view the payment details and Confirm the payment.

    For Adangal/Pahani certificate, you need to pay 10 rupees. Following the successful transaction, the pdf file of current Adangal/Pahani certificate will be directly saved into MeeSeva PDF folder present in your mobile in the form of softcopy. If required, on your request we can also send you as many as hardcopies of the certificate via courier and each copy costs 10 rupees apart from other courier charges.

  • How to apply for ROR1B and how much it costs?

    In order to apply for ROR1B certificate, and after logging into the app follow the below steps:

    • Click on services and below that choose category A and select ROR1B.
    • Select the appropriate details like district, Mandal, village, & enter your khatha number
    • Click on Get Details.
    • After verifying the details, you can click on Confirm.
    • Then it will be redirected to another page consisting of application number and show payment option.
    • Click on the Show Payment option to view the payment details and Confirm the payment.

    For ROR1B, an amount of rupees 10 will be charged. Following the successful transaction, ROR1B certificate will be saved directly into MeeSevaPDF folder present in your mobile in the form of softcopy. If required, on your request we can also send you as many as hardcopies of the report via courier, and each copy costs 10 rupees and apart from other courier charges.

    This service eases the citizen in getting FMB copy (Field measurement Book), which will have the field measurement sketches of all individual Fields. Based on these measurements, the survey numbers are demarcated and disputes settled maps are drawn and areas calculated mathematically only on the measurements recorded in this book.

  • How to Apply for F.M.B Copy

    • Login to Meeseva App
    • Click on services and Select Category A
    • Select FMB Copy and enter mandatory details
    • Click on Get details button
    • Verify the details and enter the Applicant Details.
    • Clicks on show payment button, and enter required address details & clicks on pay button and confirm the payment.
    • After the successful completion of transaction user gets message and if the FMB copy is already prepared then it will be downloaded in Meeseva PDF folder present in the user’s smart phone.

    The following are the charges for FMB Copy

    Convenience Fee: 4.58/-

    Challan Amount: 50/-

  • How to apply for Amaravathi Donations

    • Login to Meeseva App and click on services
    • Select Category A and then Amaravati Donations
    • Enter mandatory details
    • Click on donate button and verify the details in the print certificate screen and clicks on pay button
    • Then payment confirmation screen will be displayed with User charges and convenience charges
    • User clicks on confirm payment button and confirms the payment
    • After the successful completion of transaction user gets message and required certificate will be downloaded in Meeseva PDF folder present in the user’s smart phone.
    • Further, on confirmation, the receipt of Amravati Donations will be generated and sent to the users registered Email-ID
  • Will I get any certification if I donate for Amaravathi Donations

    Yes, individuals who donate for Amaravathi through Meeseva App can get certificate of commendation.

  • Are there any charges for Amaravathi Donations

    For Amaravathi Donations, there exist no User charges or convenience charges.

  • What is encumbrance certificate

    An encumbrance certificate is evidence that the property in question is free from any monetary and legal liabilities. It is evidence that the property can be sold as a free title and the ownership will come to you without any associated baggage.

     

  • How to apply for encumbrance certificate

    • Login with Mobile number & mPIN and press on “Services”tab
    • Under Category A select Encumbrance Certificate
    • Enter mandatory details
    • Click on Get documents, required details will be populated, select a record
    • Click on Confirm button
    • It redirects to another page where you need to enter some more required fields and click on submit button
    • Page redirects to print certificate screen, enter address details & click on pay button to confirm the payment
    • After the successful completion of transaction user gets message and receipt will be sent users registered Email-ID

     

  • How to apply for Voter/EPIC Card

    • Login to Meeseva App
    • Click on services & select Category A
    • Click on Issuance of Voter/EPIC Card (PVC)
    • Enter mandatory details and click Get Details button
    • Details will be displayed verify the details and clicks on submit Button
    • Page redirects to print certificate screen, enter no of copies and address details and clicks on pay button
    • Click on pay button and confirm the payment through Bill desk
    • After the successful completion of transaction user gets message
    • Further, on confirmation, the receipt of issuance of Voter id will be generated and sent to the users registered Email-ID
  • What are the charges for New Issuance of Voter/EPIC Card?

    The following are the charges for New Issuance of Voter/EPIC Card.

    • Print Charges: 45.8

  • How to apply for Reissuance of Integrated certificate?

    • Login to Meeseva App
    • Click on services and selects Category A
    • Click on Reissuance of Integrated certificate
    • Reissuance of Integrated certificate screen will be displayed
    • Enters old approved Integrated Application Number & clicks on get details button
    • Verify the details and Click on submit button
    • Now, enters the Informant details and upload necessary documents
    • Click on Submit button, this redirects to print certificate screen, enter no of copies and address details
    • Click on pay button to confirm the payment
    • After the successful completion of transaction user gets message and if available OBC certificate gets downloaded in Meeseva PDF folder
    • Further, on confirmation, the receipt of reissuance of Integrated Certificate will be generated and sent to the users registered Email-ID

    The following are the charges for New Issuance of Voter/EPIC Card.

  • How to book Endowment services through Meeseva App?

    • Login with Mobile number and mPIN.
    • Press on “Services” tab.
    • Select any of the Seva service under Endowment services
    • Enter mandatory details and Click on Check availability
    • If that particular seva is available then its availability count will be displayed
    • Click on continue button and enter enter devotee details and proof details
    • Select the document which you want to upload and click on Submit button
    • Then, Click on Confirm payment and complete the payment process
Note:

Apart from the above mentioned bill payments, convenience charges and other payment gateway charges should paid by the customers or users.

Convenience Charge of Rs4+ Service charges will be included on your bill payment.

Other payment gateway charges include:

  • Credit Card: 1.25% + Service Tax
  • Net Banking: Rs 4+ Service Tax
  • Debit Card (Less than Rs2000): 0.75% + Service Tax
  • Debit Card (More than Rs2000): 1% + Service Tax
