Applicants can go through the following steps to apply for Birth/Death Certificates
Initially, you need to select the type of certificate you wish to apply for (birth or death certificate) and then click on search button.
- Enter the details such as state, district, location, office name gender and year.
- After entering the appropriate details, click on Get Details.
- After verifying the details, you can click on Confirm.
- Then it will be redirected to another page consisting of application number and show payment option.
- Click on the Show Payment option to view the payment details and Confirm the payment.
For Birth or Death Certificates, an amount of rupees 10 will be charged. Following the successful transaction, Birth or Death Certificates will be saved directly into MeeSevaPDF folder present in your mobile in the form of softcopy. If required, on your request we can also send you as many as hardcopies of the report via courier, and each copy costs 10 rupees and apart from other courier charges.
